RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Soie, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service. While we strive for you to be completely satisfied with your order, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
Conditional Exchange:
We offer exchanges only in the event of quality issues with the product. For Pret items, we recommend hand-washing only.
Process:
- If you identify a quality defect in your product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- After you submit your concern, our Quality Department will investigate the matter and contact you promptly.
- Upon review of the product, we may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases if a significant defect is confirmed.
Exclusions:
Please note that customized orders and items sold at a discount are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks.
